What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 3 PM. 

Are The Seafarer Beachfront rooms on the beach?

All rooms on the property are just steps away from the beach. Only rooms #7 and #8 do not face the beach directly. All other units are beach-facing.

Do all apartments have kitchen facilities?

Yes! All units are furnished with full kitchen appliances and kitchenwares. Including coffee maker.

Is there a pool?

Yes! Our pool is open daily to registered guests from sunrise to sunset. There are pool chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment.

Are there beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use?

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach/pool towels are provided for guest use.

How close is the beach?

Each room is located only a few yards from the shoreline. "You can throw a football into the ocean from any room on the property!" 

Is parking included?

Yes! One complimentary vehicle parking space is included with your booking. 

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted on the property. Additional cleaning charges will be applied if disregarded.

What are the nearest airports?

Punta Gorda — 45 minutes, Sarasota-Bradenton — 45 minutes, Fort Myers — 80 minutes, Tampa — 80 minutes, Orlando — 2.5 hours, Fort Lauderdale — 3 hours, Miami — 3.5 hours.
