By booking directly with The Seafarer Beachfront or through any third-party booking platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations are confirmed only when payment has been received and a valid credit card is provided and maintained on file for the duration of your stay.
The Seafarer Beachfront reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment cannot be processed, a credit card is declined or invalid, or payment terms are not met.
A pre-authorization hold equal to 15% of the reservation value will be placed on the credit card on file one day prior to arrival. This hold will be released within approximately two days following departure.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Guests arriving after office hours should contact us prior to arrival to arrange access. Office check-in will be required the following morning when the office opens at 10:00 AM.
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID, driver's license, or passport is required at check-in.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Any reservation consisting of three (3) or more units is considered a group booking.
Group bookings require prior approval from management and may not be booked online without authorization.
Management reserves the right to cancel unauthorized group reservations.

Different payment terms may apply for larger groups, extended stays, holidays, and peak travel periods.

Each unit includes one designated parking space.
Please park only in the space assigned to your unit.
Additional guest vehicles may utilize public parking located north of the property. Limited on-site overflow parking may be available for an additional daily fee.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees charged to the credit card on file.
All accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Cannabis products are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Smoking inside any accommodation will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.
The Seafarer Beachfront maintains a strict no-party policy.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, large gatherings, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited.
Management reserves the right to remove any guest or group engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
For safety and compliance with local regulations, occupancy limits must be strictly observed.
Only the maximum number of guests specified for each accommodation may stay overnight.
Additional guests and sleeping on floors are prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the property.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or entry to any individual based on prior misconduct, previous eviction from accommodations, or behavior deemed detrimental to the property or its guests.
Commercial photography, videography, content creation, or filming is prohibited without prior written approval from management.
The Seafarer Beachfront may be available for location rentals. All requests must be submitted and approved in advance.
The Seafarer Beachfront is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings.
Items recovered after departure will be held for seven (7) days before being donated.
A minimum handling and shipping fee of $20 applies to returned items.
The credit card on file may be charged for:
Lost key replacement fee: $50
The Seafarer Beachfront reserves the right to require minimum stays of three (3) to seven (7) nights during holidays, peak travel periods, and special events.
Guests assume full responsibility for their use of the accommodations and property amenities.
Any unsafe condition should be reported to management immediately.
The Seafarer Beachfront shall not be liable for:
Guests agree to hold The Seafarer Beachfront harmless from any claims arising from their use of the property.
While we strive to maintain all accommodations and amenities in proper working order, occasional equipment malfunctions may occur. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues promptly; however, refunds or compensation will not be provided for temporary equipment failures, utility interruptions, internet outages, or television service disruptions.
The Seafarer Beachfront reserves the right to modify rates, accommodations, services, amenities, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice or liability.
